Our Policies

Booking and Deposit

A deposit fee is required to secure all bookings. The deposit fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total value.

Group bookings for 4 or more people require a 50% deposit fee of the approximate total value to secure the booking.

Mobile services are available at an extra charge. This is not a guaranteed service based on location and availability.

For the beauticians safety, home/mobile bookings may require a valid photo ID to confirm your identification at least 24 hours before your appointment. This information will not be stored or shared.

Appointments can be changed 48 hours before the appointment date without losing the deposit fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment require a full payment of the booked service(s).

Frequent cancellations of appointments will result in your future booking being declined.

A £5 late fee will be applied every 10 minutes from your appointment time.

Appointments will be cancelled after 20 minutes of no-show. In rare circumstances, if the next slot is available, we will try to accommodate you and the late fee will be applied accordingly.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time without reason.

A refund or rebooking option will be offered if we have to cancel your booking within 24 hours of your appointment.

A patch test will be required 24 hours before your eyelash extensions appointment.
We do not offer infill or removal on another person's work.

40% of lashes are needed for an infill booking.

No infill is offered for express lashes. You will require a removal and/or new full set.

Before you arrive

No extra guests – unless agreed before a booking confirmation.

Arrive with clean and bare nails/eyelashes. This does not apply if you have booked a removal or infill service on work done by me.

Ensure you have no symptoms of covid-19, common cold/flu or similar before coming to your appointment. Please inform the Beautician ASAP if you are feeling unwell.

Clients aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before the appointment time.

Before you leave

You can request for a silent appointment, no questions asked.

A client consultation will be done before your eyelash appointment begins.

Client satisfaction is important to us. Please make sure you are fully satisfied with your service before you leave.

After you leave

Adhere to our aftercare advice for lasting results.

Accidents happen, get in touch to book a repair service ASAP (subject to availability). A photo/video proof will be required.

We are not liable to any damages/faults/issues/reactions etc. after your appointment. Although, we will try to help the best we can.

Refunds will not be offered under any circumstances.

Any disputes shall be formally discussed ASAP. There is zero tolerance for any inappropriate communication/interaction.

Your promise

You will respect the Beautician’s privacy and not share any of their personal information. You will be held liable for sharing any information without the Beautician's written agreement.
